Carpet Cleaning

Many cleaning companies try to explain how their cleaning process is unique and best. Despite all the internet bravado, carpet cleaning is simple. Your carpets require one of seven different methods (Scroll down for details) for the deepest possible cleaning. Our team will assess your carpets’ needs and use the preferred method accordingly.
All methods typically use similar steps which can include: pre-vacuuming, pre-conditioning, agitation, rinsing, re-visiting stubborn stains, grooming and drying. Claims of 10-, 12-, or even more-step processes are usually marketing bravado designed by splitting similar steps.
All systems are VLM (Very Low Moisture) compared to household or supermarket rental equipment, and in the hands of seasoned professionals. We use powerful truck mounted equipment to gently clean most carpets. Carpets will dry within three hours under most conditions.
Prior to leaving, we will make our best efforts to carefully move and return your furnishings where they belong. When we leave, your carpets are fresh and new, and you feel refreshed
There are only a handful of different methods for cleaners to select from, and ALL methods fall into the following categories. You can expect the JoeCleans team to use any of these methods on your carpet, depending on its needs:

• Hot Water Extraction – Applies a warm solution to the carpet and vacuums away soil.
• Absorbent Pads – A bonnet pad is spin buffed across carpeting and absorbs soil.
• Dry Foam – A foaming detergent is applied to carpet, worked in and vacuumed.
• Shampoo – Foaming surfactants are worked into fibers, loosened soils are vacuumed away
• Dry Absorbent Compounds – Applied to carpet, brushed, attached soils are vacuumed away.
• Encapsulation Cleaning – Polymers are applied to carpet, envelope soil, vacuumed after dry.
• Dry Cleaning Solvents – Liquid Solvents applied, brushed, vacuumed away.
